1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Graphics Cards/GPUs: Must be unused, in the original packaging, and free from damage or signs of wear. All accessories, cables, and manuals should be included.
- Air and Water Cooling Systems: Must be in brand new condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Wired & Wireless Keyboards: Must be unopened and unused in the original packaging. If the item has been used, we cannot accept the return unless there is a defect or manufacturing fault.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we will not be able to accept any return requests.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to admin@haromi.xyz with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all parts, accessories, and manuals are included. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: Once we approve the return, ship the item to the address we provide in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Condition of the Item
All returned items must be in resalable condition. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee or reject the return if the item does not meet our return requirements.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are processed based on stock and availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
